What is a direct chat?

All users within the organisation
Guest users, but they can only send messages with people who are in the same channel(s).

Access your direct chat

Your direct chat is located in the left menu bar. Click and you will find all of your direct chats. If you click on ... xx more direct chat channel a search box will appear.

You can always access the chat via the quick navigator click Q on your keyboard or click , and type the persons name and hit enter.
Your direct chat is located in the bottom menu. Tap and you will find all of your direct chats. If you click on ... xx more direct chat channel a search box will appear.

You can always access the chat via the quick navigator tap , and type the persons name and hit enter.

Type your message and hit enter or click to send . If you want to add an emoji just click on the emoji to the left or type : followed by desired emoji
Type your message and tap done or to send. If you want to add an emoji simply use your emoji keyboard in your mobile phone.
