Who Has Access to Insights?
- All users with the Insights permission can view and edit the settings.

How to Access Insights
- Click the settings gear icon , select your organization, and expand the list to find Insights.
With our Conversation Intelligence service, call summaries are automatically logged into your CRM.
Integrations
Connecting an integration to Insights enables you to access additional information during incoming calls.
You can prioritize multiple integrations by dragging and dropping .
Add an Integration

A custom webhook can be used to perform a number lookup against a system, providing information about the caller directly in the app or managing call recordings externally.

When connected, HubSpot automatically logs calls from the app directly to HubSpot. You can also:
- View caller details during calls
- Expand a contact in HubSpot
- Add new notes, tasks, meetings, or calls
- View and expand activities in the app
If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, you can:- Enable automatic logging of call summaries directly to HubSpot
- Click
- Select HubSpot
- Name the integration and click "Connect"
- A new page will open in your browser
- Log in with your credentials (if not already logged in)
- Select an account
- Click "Link"
- Open the integration and enable the “Log Calls Automatically” feature. If Conversation Intelligence is enabled, ensure “Sync CI Summaries to...” is also enabled.
To integrate HubSpot with the app, you must have either App Marketplace permission or Super Admin permission in HubSpot.
The email address in the app must match the email registered for the user in HubSpot for the integration to work correctly.

When connected, Zoho automatically logs calls from the app. You can also:
- View caller details during calls
- Expand a contact in Zoho
- Add new notes, tasks, meetings, or calls
- View and expand activities in the app
If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, you can:- Enable automatic logging of call summaries directly to Zoho
- Click
- Select Zoho
- Name the integration and click "Connect"
- A new page will open in your browser
- Log in with your credentials (if not already logged in)
- Accept the data permissions
- Open the integration in the app and enable “Log Calls Automatically.” If Conversation Intelligence is enabled, ensure “Sync CI Summaries to...” is also enabled.

When connected, Lime CRM automatically logs calls from the app directly to Lime. You can also:
- View caller details during calls
- Expand a contact in Lime
- Add deals, history, and tasks
- View and expand activities in the app
If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, you can:- Enable automatic logging of call summaries directly to Lime
- Click
- Select Lime CRM
- Name the integration
- Enter your "Client URL" found under Profile → API Documentation.
- Generate an API key in Lime and paste it into the app.
- Click "Connect"
- Open the integration in the app and enable “Log Calls Automatically.” If Conversation Intelligence is enabled, ensure “Sync CI Summaries to...” is also enabled.
To integrate Lime CRM with the app, you need to be an administrator in Lime.

When connected, Salesforce automatically logs calls from the app directly to Salesforce. You can also:
- View caller details during calls
- Expand a contact in Salesforce
- Add new notes, tasks, meetings, or calls
- View and expand activities in the app
If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, you can:- Enable automatic logging of call summaries directly to Salesforce
Integrate Salesforce
- Click the plus icon
- Select Salesforce
- Name the integration
- Enter your “My Domain” name from Company Settings → Company Information in Salesforce.
- A new page will open in your browser
- Click "Connect"
- Open the integration in the app and enable “Log Calls Automatically.” If Conversation Intelligence is enabled, ensure “Sync CI Summaries to...” is also enabled.
Click the integration again to switch from Salesforce Lightning Experience to Salesforce Classic as default.
Connect Upsales
- Our Upsales integration can be used in two ways:
- CTI connection with Upsales E-phone, allowing you to make calls directly from your CRM.
- Integration in the app, where we display caller information and allow you to open the contact directly in Upsales.
Features include:- Make calls directly from Upsales (CTI)
- View caller details during calls in the app
- Expand a contact in Upsales
- View and expand deals, meetings, and activities in the app
- Direct link to the contact in Upsales
If you have Conversation Intelligence enabled, you can:- Automatically log call summaries directly to Upsales as a call or a to-do item.

- Click to connect a new integration.
- Select Upsales
- Name the integration (e.g., "Upsales")
- Retrieve an API key from Upsales.
- Enter it into the app
- Click "Connect"
- Open the integration in the app and enable the “Log Calls Automatically” feature. If Conversation Intelligence is enabled, ensure “Sync CI Summaries to...” is also enabled.

- In Insights, click “Insights Keys”
- Click “Install App” in Upsales
- Click “Activate” in the top-right corner
- In the app, click “Generate New Organization Token” and copy it.
- Paste it into Upsales and click “Save”
Upsales is now connected at the organization level. You can now ask users to follow the guide below.

If you have an existing CTI connection from another provider, please disconnect it first.
- Click “Personal Settings”
- Expand “Integrations” and click “Insights Keys”
- Click “Install App” in Upsales
- Click “Activate” in the top-right corner of Upsales
- In the app, click “Generate New User Token”
- Copy it and paste it into Upsales
- Copy your session key from the app and paste it into Upsales.
- Click “Save”
If you log out of the app, you must update your session key in Upsales to make calls again.
